Looking back on a year of Established Property
This week one year ago we launched our newly expanded and rebranded real estate agency – Established Property. In business, deciding to make a significant change is both exciting and daunting, but as we look back we are proud of how much our team has achieved this year under unusual and challenging circumstances. Over the last twelve months we’ve achieved incredible results, and set record breaking sales, with:

As always, our continued growth is thanks to so much repeat business from our long-term clients who have bought, sold or leased property through us and referred us on to family and friends. As we look back this week, we again extend our thanks to our loyal customers who entrust us with their properties, and we look forward to working together again in the future. “We knew it was going to be big, but we had no idea how big”
As real estate agents, we started out in this region when it was still more or less farmland. Our two long-standing directors, Fadi Saad and Rob Sinni, met back in 1999 when Rob sold Fadi a property in Sanctuary Lakes.
The pair then started working together, focusing mostly on land sales. As the area’s popularity grew, they moved into home sales, and have now sold some properties here several times over. The growth of our business has mirrored the growth of this region into a fantastic place to raise a family, close to Melbourne’s CBD yet with access to nature, the coast and parklands.
Since those humble beginnings, more and more people have moved here and the agency has grown ever larger. As we have expanded, Alex Sherwin and more recently Kristy Wang have joined Rob and Fadi as directors, further strengthening our expertise, along with the addition of Wyndham Residential Real Estate. As a rapidly expanding business, it made sense to combine our agencies into two offices in Point Cook and Sanctuary Lakes, under the single umbrella of Established Property, also allowing for future growth.
These changes have enabled Established Property to streamline, grow and work more efficiently, sharing ideas and contacts. The end result is a bigger, better agency that attracts excellent, hard-working agents and boasts a fantastic team spirit and working environment. Our many excellent reviews and satisfied clients, along with our impressive sales results over the last year, testify to the skill and professionalism of Established Property.
