Rob Sinni

As a Director of Established Property I oversee property management and operations, create strategy and look for ways to innovate. I started out in real estate in 1988 and joined the company in 1997, working in land sales in Sanctuary Lakes when Point Cook and Wyndham were windswept grass plains.

One of my key beliefs as a director is to share what I know with staff to achieve consistent service delivery. We encourage our people to challenge the status quo and remain fluid in an ever-changing environment. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to enhance outcomes for our real estate clients.

With buyers and sellers alike, my professional approach earns trust early. I have a great deal of experience in negotiations and auctions, honed over thousands of sales, which makes buyers confident in putting forward their best and final price.

We are deeply involved in what is now a thriving metropolis, and are major sponsors of the cricket club and other organisations. We're seeing more community-based infrastructure, and anticipate that road and rail upgrades led by the West Gate Tunnel Project will bring new business and jobs to the region.

Planning a sales campaign, seeing it through on both price and timing, and helping people move on to the next phase of their life adventure is the pinnacle of my job. My many return clients are testament to my work.
